Delivery Scope: We only support delivery within Australia. We do not support shipping to any other countries.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders of 50 AUD or more (including 50 AUD). For orders under 50 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD will be charged.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Delivery usually fluctuates between 5 to 8 business days.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly. Orders that have exceeded 48 hours or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; please wait for the logistics to arrive and then contact us for a return and refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Refund Processing Time: Once the conditions for a return and refund are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for payment. Based on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us.
