We only provide shipping services within Australia. At this time, we do not support delivery to any other countries or regions outside of Australia.

We requires 1 to 3 business days to process your order before it is dispatched from our facility. During this time, we prepare your items and perform quality checks.

Shipping Duration
The estimated total shipping time is 5 to 8 business days after the order has been dispatched. Please note that these are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your specific location within Australia.

Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your outdoor furniture arrives safely. Our carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

Order Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your order status by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number.

Liability Statement

Precautions for Receipt
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing for the receipt. If the outer packaging is significantly damaged, we recommend taking photos and noting the damage on the delivery slip, then contacting us within 24 hours.

Address Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot redirect it to a different address. Please ensure all details are correct during checkout.

Uncontrollable Factors
While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to the recipient being unavailable or refusing the delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipping costs.
