Return and Exchange Validity Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order (signed receipt) to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after this 14-day period may not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Appearance Issues: The item has visible scratches, dents, or aesthetic damage upon arrival.
Quality Issues: The item is defective, structurally unsound, or fails to function as intended.
Sensory or Discrepancy Issues: The item has a strong odor, severe color difference compared to the website display, or similar issues.
Wrong Item Sent: The product received does not match the item ordered (incorrect model, size, or type).
No Reason (Change of Mind): You simply wish to return the item without a specific defect or error on our part. Note: For "No Reason" returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
Initiate Request: Contact us via email at team@interarivo.com or call +1 (206) 478-4309 to apply for a return. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for return, and relevant videos or photos proving the issue.
Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.
Ship Back: You need to mail the item back to the return address we designated and wait for us to receive it.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item, we will immediately inspect it to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange a refund immediately. For more information on refunds, please see our "Refund Policy".
Exchange Process
Initiate Request: Contact us via email at team@interarivo.com or call +1 (206) 478-4309 to apply for an exchange. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the return address.
Ship Back: You need to mail the item back to the return address we designated and wait for us to receive it.
Inspection and Reshipment: Once we receive the item, we will immediately inspect it to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange the new shipment within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 5-8 business days. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
Fees Rules
We Pay: For returns or exchanges caused by appearance issues, quality issues, odors/severe color differences, or wrong items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.
You Pay: For "No Reason" (Change of Mind) returns or exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Return Label
A pre-printed return label is included inside every package to facilitate your return process. Please ensure this label is attached securely to the outside of your return package.
Liability Statement
We are not liable for items damaged due to improper use, negligence, or failure to follow the assembly and care instructions provided with the furniture. We are not responsible for personal items left inside returned packages. Please ensure you have removed all personal belongings before shipping the return.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us before the item has been shipped. If the order is cancelled successfully before shipment, we will issue a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, the request will be treated as a "No Reason" return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items Damaged in Transit
If the packaging appears significantly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact us immediately. If you accept the package and find the product damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
