Order Cancellation Conditions

  • Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order directly if it has not been shipped and it is within 48 hours of the order placement.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped: Orders that were placed more than 48 hours ago or have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics to deliver the package and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

  • Step 1: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at team@interarivo.com or by phone at +1 (206) 478-4309. You must provide your order number and proof of payment.

  • Step 2: We will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the outcome and arrange for your refund as soon as possible.

Refund Description

  • Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for assistance.

Inventory and Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel any order if the items are out of stock or if there is an unintentional pricing error on the website. If we cancel your order for these reasons, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Address Change Limitations
Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change your address, please contact us within the 48-hour window before the item is dispatched. If the item has already been sent, you will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.

Order Integrity
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the order details provided are incomplete or unverifiable. We will attempt to contact you before taking such action to ensure a fair resolution.
